It does what it says and fits numerous different gun brands I own. Not the "slimmest" but a great value. Of course, I bought it after a bin full of other specific holsters. A little (very little) clunky and I haven't quite mastered the fine tuning adjustments but I recommend it 100%!

M MattCan a Safariland QLS fork be mounted to the Multiflex?

No the QLS system is designed to mount the fork with 3 screws and the MultiFlex Holster only has 2 screw holes in back for mounting a 1.5" paddle.

You are picking the configuration you want us to ship the holster in. It will come with belt clips to convert from IWB to OWB, so you can do both. Check out the blue "Click here for firearm fitment list." link on the MultiFlex webpage to see which compact and full size firearms will work with the MultiFlex Holster.
