How do I adjust the cant angle on the Professional Series?

The Lockdown Clip allows you to loosen the hex screw (“L” hex key included with holster), rotate clip to desired cant angle, and tighten the hex screw to “Lockdown” your desired cant angle.

Do you take any coupons or discounts from 3rd party websites?

No. We do not authorize the generation of any coupons or discounts from any 3rd party sites.

Can I combine multiple discounts or promotions?

Unless otherwise stated only one discount may be applied to an order. This includes free shipping offers, or other offers automatically applied.

How do you ship?

Production Time

All N8 Tactical Holsters orders are made after the product has been ordered allowing the customer to make certain adjustments if needed. This means that your order is subject to our production time frame currently at 2-3 weeks from the date the order is placed. Your choice of shipping method does not change the production time frame, only the actual time it takes to get from our facility to you.

Please Note: All shipping and delivery times are estimated and may change. N8 Tactical cannot guarantee any delivery time frames and is not responsible for late deliveries.

Flat Rate Ground - $9.00 First Item, $3.00 for each additional item on the same invoice.

Flat Rate Ground is N8 Tactical’s most cost-effective method and is also the most commonly selected. This method is delivered by the carrier of N8 Tactical's choosing and generally takes 3-8 days for delivery once the order has shipped. This shipping method is not delivery insured and N8 Tactical will not remake any missing, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Ground Insured Shipping - $12.00

Ground Insured is a less expensive insured option and generally takes 2-6 days for delivery once the order has shipped. This method is delivered by the carrier of N8 Tactical’s choosing. N8 Tactical will remake any missing, lost, stolen, or damaged packages and reship the package. N8 Tactical Holsters has the right to refuse remaking orders if we suspect fraudulent claims or if multiple shipments have been "missing, lost, or stolen."

Express Insured Shipping - $15.00 Flat Rate

Express Insured Shipping is the quickest option for shipping your order. This option ships to you in three days (Initial shipping day does not count). This method is delivered by the carrier of N8 Tactical's choosing. The Express Insured Shipping option does not affect production times, meaning it will still take time to produce the order and then it will take three days to ship. This shipping method is not always available for Saturday delivery, to see if your order is eligible for Saturday delivery, please click the FedEx or UPS link below. N8 Tactical will remake any missing, lost, stolen, or damaged packages and reship the package. N8 Tactical Holsters has the right to refuse remaking orders if we suspect fraudulent claims or if multiple shipments have been "missing, lost, or stolen."

Expedited Craftsmanship - $34.00 - Not available for swag and apparel

Expedited Craftsmanship will ensure your order is produced and shipped out within two business days of receiving the order. Expedited Craftsmanship orders ship using the Express Insured Shipping option. For questions about Express Insured Shipping, please see the option listed above.

How long does it take for you to ship my holster?

Orders are shipped within 2 -3weeks from the date of your order, excluding any holidays that fall within that time period. Please note that this time-frame may change based on the volume of incoming orders. You will receive an email confirmation of your order when placed, and an additional email on the day that your holster ships with tracking information.

What if I buy my a N8 Tactical product from a reseller?

We encourage you to purchase your N8 Tactical product from your local dealer (where available). However, please understand that the return policy only applies to products purchased from this website. Your purchase from a N8 Tactical dealer will be subject to that dealer's return policy.

Product Warranty

Does my holster come with a warranty?

All standard N8 Tactical holsters and magazine carriers (does not apply to apparel) come with a two week trial period. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase within this two week period N8 Tactical will buy back your order (less shipping and handling).

Once your two week trial is up your N8 Tactical holster or magazine carrier carries a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty will cover repair or replacement of the holster if it fails under normal or standard use. This warranty DOES NOT cover shipping and handling from you to N8 Tactical or return shipping from N8 Tactical to you, meaning you will be responsible to pay a $10 shipping and handling fee upon completion of the warranty repair or replacement.

If an item fails and the item has been discontinued you will be offered an upgrade to a current product for $15 ($10 shipping and handling + $5 upgrade fee).

If it is determined by N8 Tactical that a holster has been misused or used in a fashion that is not approved by N8 Tactical the lifetime warranty may be voided.

What is N8 Tactical's return / repair policy?

Holsters purchased from the N8 Tactical website may be returned, in original factory condition, for a refund of the purchase price less shipping within 2 weeks of receiving your package. The refund will be processed within 5 business days after the holster is returned. To request a return or repair please download and print the Return / Repair form below. If I break or bend a clip, can I buy a replacement?

We give a Lifetime Warranty on our holsters. That includes the clips! In the unlikely event that you have a bent or broken clip, please email our Customer Service department at [email protected]. Provide a complete current shipping address and attach a picture of the bent/broken clip. We will be glad to provide a replacement clip once we have received your address and photo of the bent/broken clip.
